Walk-in animal hospital during walk-in hours.  Alternatively, give us a call to schedule an appointment or arrange a pet drop-off.

Our comprehensive exam is performed by our veterinarians and nursing team.  Treatment plan and associated costs are explained.   

Step 3

If authorization is obtained, we'll proceed with treatment.  Otherwise, simply pay the $25 exam fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need an appointment?

    Nope!  We are a walk-in practice so no appointment necessary.  


    If you bring your pet in during our walk-in hours, it will be seen and serviced. 


    You can call ahead to get placed on our schedule.  You can also drop off your pet!


    We see a variety of cases everyday from really sick animals to routine immunizations. The variety really helps keep us on our toes and builds a fun, fast-paced environment.  

  • What are your walk-in hours?

    Our walk-in hours for new or existing clients are:


    Mon - Fri 9 am - 12 pm | 3 pm - 6 pm


    Saturday 9am - 2pm


    Sunday 10am - 5pm

  • How long are your wait times?

    Due to quality of care we provide and the nature of being a walk-in vet clinic, our wait times are unfortunately rather long (between 30 minutes and 2 hours). 


    If you don't like waiting, check out our drop off service.  It's a game changer.  


  • Wait, I can drop off my pet?

    Sure can!  Isn't it great?  


    We will inquire to see if your animal is suited for drop-off service .  Eligibility requirements includes that your pet does not get very stressed out about being dropped off.

  • What are your drop-off hours?

    Our drop-off hours are:


    Monday - Saturday 7am - 1pm 

    Sunday 9am - 2pm


    For drop-offs later than 1pm, please call for authorized arrangements (we typically use this time to catch up with all patients present and possibly surgeries from 12pm - 3pm).  


    Surgeries, dentals, and sedation procedures need to be dropped off later than 9 am the day of the procedures. 

  • How much is an exam?

    A typical exam fee is $25.  


    A quality-of-life exam or euthanasia request from a new client is $100. 

  • Are you open on weekends?

    Yes!


    Saturday 7am - 2pm

    Sunday 9am - 5pm

  • How long do I have to wait for a surgery?

    We offer same-day or next-day surgeries for your animal.

  • Do you take emergencies?

    Of course!  We are a full-service emergency vet. Please note, we are not a 24 hour emergency facility.

  • Do you offer boarding?

    We do offer boarding.  


    Note that we do require immunizations, an updated physical exam, and a current negative fecal parasite check prior to boarding.
